We are scaling rapidly in product offerings and geographies as we aim to train 200, 000+ knowledge workers by the year 2030. With increased programs and subsequent enrollment to our courses, we need a strategic thinker to drive the strategy and operations of the Classroom team across multiple campuses, which is our primary value chain. The Classroom team is the heart of Moringa School and your role will be to work with our instructors, called Technical Mentors, to promote excellence and improvement of our delivery to students along with other Classroom Team supporting functions.
Provide strategic leadership for all academic staff to ensure Moringa School maintains its academic excellence.
Translate the goals and mission of Moringa School into measurable key academic outcomes.
Review and evaluate the programmes offered, ensuring we provide a great opportunity for learning and maintain the best practise learning for our students.
Review all our campuses performance ensuring alignment with objectives.
A senior manager with 5+ years experience working in a non-traditional academic ecosystem.
A strong culture champion, capable of diagnosing and influencing culture over time.
A strategic thinker, able to connect roles in an academic organization to vision and mission.
A deep understanding of best practices in educational pedagogy and adult education.
Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
Ability to manage mid level and senior level managers.
Great interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
