Anne Njuki is an Investment Manager at DOB Equity, based in Nairobi. Anne focuses on sourcing and structuring potential investments for DOB, and works closely with DOB’s portfolio companies to support senior management achieve their strategic, operational and impact objectives. She sits on the board of a number of DOB’s portfolio companies.

Anne began her career as a process engineer in the US and Asia. Prior to DOB, Anne was a consultant with McKinsey & Company, where she served the leadership of Africa’s top private and public sector institutions. She is now focused on contributing to the growth and development of early-stage businesses in Africa. Anne is passionate about supporting local and female entrepreneurs to unlock value and drive lasting impact.

Anne holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University, and a Master of Business Administration in Social Entrepreneurship and Strategy from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
