Over the last 13 years in this field, Kathleen has been an empowering leader who supports companies and top executives with a unique perspective and appreciation that human capital is every organization’s greatest asset. She holds a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Nairobi, where she majored in human resource management. She is also trained in leadership development, ISO Quality Management System, Occupational Health and Safety Management, and Competency-Based Recruitment.

Her goal is to create an enabling environment where leadership can translate vision and strategies into actionable, value-added goals for the employees and position HR as a Business Partner for excellence across the value chain. In her free time, she enjoys listening to audiobooks while taking walks or spending time with family.
