George Njuguna is a technology executive and digital transformation strategist with 24+ years of experience in IT and leadership. He has held key roles, including Act. CTIO at Safaricom PLC, COO at HF Group, and Head of IT at Commercial Bank of Africa, leading high-impact digital initiatives. As the Founder of GNK Consulting, he helps organizations leverage technology for growth. He also serves as a Board Member at Digital Explorers and an IT Leadership Lecturer at Strathmore University.

George will be your lead trainer and mentor for the Tech Management Program, he brings real-world expertise in leadership, technology strategy, and business transformation, equipping participants with the skills to excel in tech management roles.

Course Details

Tech Management refers to the practice of leading and overseeing technology teams, projects, and strategies within an organization. It involves balancing technical expertise with leadership, business acumen, and strategic decision-making to ensure technology initiatives align with business goals.
