Agnes has a history of elevating output, quality, customer satisfaction, and the ability to drive change in an organization by improving internal processes and optimizing for scale and future growth.

She has directly been involved in scaling the business to different geographies by designing systems and processes that best suit the new geography: Rwanda, Pakistan, Ghana among others
