Nikki Germany will lead the strategic direction of the organization, focusing on expanding course offerings to meet industry demands, forging strategic partnerships with tech companies and educational institutions, enhancing the student learning experience through innovative teaching methods and technologies, and driving sustainable growth and impact in the tech education sector both within Kenya and across the African continent.
The Africa Education Medal was established to recognize the tireless work of those who are transforming education across the continent - to celebrate the stories of those who have lit the spark of change so others will be inspired to take up the torch. It is given to an outstanding individual who has demonstrated impact, leadership, and advocacy in the field of education.

Moringa Workforce Africa sign an agreement on the 27th of January 2023 that will see the two organizations join hands to create opportunities for young African Talent through various initiatives like job placements, career readiness, and career development activities.
Following the close of its Pre-Series A funding, Moringa’s leadership is growing as it expands its course offering beyond the flagship Software Engineering and Data Science Bootcamps. Joshua Otiende joins Moringa as the new Director of Product & Partnerships at the crest of its expansion.
